Teacher Taster Programme
Before you embark on your Initial Teacher Training application, our teacher taster sessions will give you an opportunity to find out if this really is the right career path for you. This programme is for people with a relevant degree qualification who are:
- Considering a change of career
- Trying to decide if secondary school teaching is for them
- Seeking to gain experience prior to a SCITT application
Teacher Taster days are available in a range of subjects. These placements will provide participants with the opportunity to meet with teachers from your chosen subject area and observe of a range of learning sessions within your chosen subject.
